terms of service
My terms of service are expected to be followed by ALL clients. If I feel that a commission or commissioner has broken the agreement, the commission will be canceled without a refund and the client will be blacklisted.

By purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you understand my terms of service and agree to comply with them.
General Policies
- Rude behavior will not be tolerated in any form.
- Hateful attitudes towards myself or any other group of people will lead to an instant blacklist.
- If the client is unresponsive for two weeks or more, I will cancel the order with no refund.
- I take pride in my work and will likely use it in my personal portfolio to show off to potential clients. If you wish for me to keep your commission private, please explicitly state as such.
- The client is allowed to post personal works on social media or anywhere else that is not commercial, with credit.
- The source files will be provided to the client upon completion unless otherwise stated. You may make only minor modifications to the files.

Expectations
- As the buyer, it is expected that you have a solid idea of what you're looking for. References are not required but will certainly help!

- The client as well as myself are expected to maintain adequate communication throughout the entire commissioning process. Failure to respond in 2 weeks will result in your order being canceled without a refund.

- Payment is expected at any point before the final product is delivered. I will usually create a concept design, at which point payment will be due, unless discussed otherwise.

- The client is always expected to give credit.
​
- As the artist, I am expected to complete the order within the allotted time and according to how the client asks.
​
Revisions
- I create all my graphics from scratch in vector format, thus revisions are not super difficult for me to accommodate.

- That said, the client is entitled to unlimited revisions during the design process.
​
- The above point becomes obsolete once the final product is rasterized, at which point additional charges will apply depending on the project's complexity.

Usage Rights
Refunds
- Under normal circumstances, I will not accept any full refunds. This is because I will have already started you commission by the time I receive payment.

- For this reason, the client must be absolutely certain of what they want, because the most I will refund is 70%.
​
- As the artist, I own all my pieces and their rights.
​
- The client cannot take credit for my work.
​
- The client is not allowed to purchase a personal license for a commercial project.
